Position Description
Academic Executive will be the go-to expert for all things In reference to the Subjects activities. The Candidate will collaborate with the Company’s internal teams, Escalating Issues as they arise and making sure that the process is Consistent. The Academic Executive has to have Complete knowledge of the Product in a very short span of time. The Academic Executive will be allocated Specific tasks in reference to their Subject.
Job Type : Internship ( 3 Months )
Stipend : 10k / 15k
Performance-based conversion into Employment
Salary: 2.5 – 3LPA
Key Responsibilities
Having complete Product Knowledge
Collaborate – being on Collaboration with Sales team, Internal Collaboration with the support team Constantly.
Escalating Issues to the respective teams, and Giving suggestions and feedbacks
Specifics task in each Subject.
Reporting – Reporting to Managements, Teams (over Mail/Chat/Phone calls / Presentation )
Ownership – Owning the Activity that has been Assigned.
Excellent record keeping, as well as written and verbal communication.
Requirement
Proficient Knowledge in Subjects
Excellent Communication
Ability to work effectively in a team
Time management
Attention to detail
Fluency in Computer
Graduates from Subject Majors like English , Math , Computer Science , Biology , Chemistry , Physics in UG/PG.
Experience as teachers / educators is a Plus. ( B.Ed. Graduates can also apply )
Must be ready to Work from Office (NO Work From Home)
