Position Description

As a Business Development & Pre-Sales Associate, you will be the face of the company for prospective and current customers playing an interesting dual role of business development and pre-sales of an innovative B2B product. Connect and build relationships with interested customers, and drive product demo and product pilot of our flagship product DeepGrade. As a part of a result-driven and AI innovation team, you will be a key owner of revenue in the company.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, Co-ordinate and Collaborate on potential customer leads towards product demo planning.
Plan, Execute the product pilots and potential follow-up towards business closure.
Drive Key Customer Onboarding, own customer relationship, become the point of contact for our customers throughout their subscription duration.
Provide relevant and articulate information about our programs (through email, conference call, in-person) and offerings to potential customers and build a strong pipeline for the company.
