Position Description

Service Delivery Manager – Is responsible for the Delivery process.

He/She should make sure that there is no Delay or Any mistakes made during the dispatch.

To Ensure the Customer  needs are met, and that Customers are satisfied with the output.

The Service Delivery Manager Should Service as a link between the Management and the Customer.

As the Service Delivery Manager they should be ensuring that schools receive necessary data and analytics this includes coordinating and managing communication timelines, gathering and analyzing data to support effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
  • Escalation Management 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
  • Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Setting up new processes and Tracking existing processes and continuously improving them.
  • Ownership of the Delivery.
  • Communicating Between Customer and Team.
  • Being the bridge between Smartail Management, delivery team,Technology team, Sales Team and customer .

Who Should Join Us?

  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
  • 5+ years of experience. 
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Great Business Communication skills. 
  • Experience in preparing dashboards

Bachelor’s Degree/master’s degree holders in any discipline with good fluency in English and Hands on Experience working on computer applications and Customer Service.
