Position Description
As SME the candidate has to work on a variety of support activities. The SME will be the go-to expert for all things In reference to the Subjects. The SME will collaborate with the Company’s internal teams, Escalating Issues as they rise and making sure that the process is Consistent. The SME has to have Complete knowledge of the Product in a very short span of time. The SMEs will be allocated with Specific tasks in reference to their Subject.
Key Responsibilities
Having complete Product Knowledge
Specifics task in each Subject
Escalating Issues to the respective teams, and Giving suggestions and feedbacks
Collaborate – being on Collaboration with Sales team, Internal Collaboration with the support team Constantly.
Specifics task in each Subject.
Ownership – Owning the Activity that has been Assigned.
Excellent record keeping, as well as written and verbal communication.
Reporting – Reporting to Managements, Teams (over Mail/Chat/Phone calls / Presentation )
