Role: HR Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead core human resource functions, drive employee engagement, and align HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring compliance, fostering talent development, and building a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Recruitment
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for corporate roles.
• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop talent pipelines.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and management on HR policies and workplace issues.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Performance Management
• Manage performance review cycles, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely evaluations.
• Support managers in setting clear goals, giving feedback, and developing team members.
Learning & Development
• Identify training needs and implement learning initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Drive leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for future roles.
Compensation & Benefits
• Administer compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits programs.
• Benchmark market practices to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
Compliance & Policy Management
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures as required.
HR Analytics & Reporting
• Use HR metrics to track turnover, hiring trends, performance, and engagement levels.
• Provide insights to senior management for workforce planning and decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
field. - 2–6 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
