Delivery Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end operations of our Support Team in an EdTech environment. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards—while aligning with company goals. Acting as the bridge between support teams and leadership, you will drive operational excellence, cross-team collaboration, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the support team; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure clarity of ownership.

  • Operational Oversight: Track project progress, manage resources, address risks, and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tech, Sales, Product, and Curriculum teams to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth handoffs.

  • Process Optimization: Evaluate workflows, standardize processes, and foster continuous improvement.

  • Quality Management: Monitor SLA adherence, maintain high delivery standards, and conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Reporting & Communication: Provide delivery updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

  • Client Engagement: Represent Smartail during school visits, present grading outcomes, handle escalations, and support onboarding of new schools.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor’s in Education, Project Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in project delivery or operations, preferably in EdTech/E-learning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with tech, sales, and product teams.

Salary Range: ₹7–10 LPA
