Workflow Operations & Product Specialist

About the Role:

We work at the intersection of technology and education, partnering with schools and universities to drive meaningful impact. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Pre-Processing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the progress of our data pre-processing operations, act as the bridge between the pre-processing team and internal stakeholders, and ensure the timely and complete delivery of all pre-processing tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor the progress of data pre-processing tasks across the team, ensuring visibility of status at all times
  • Coordinate daily with the data pre-processing team to plan, prioritize, and allocate work based on delivery timelines
  • Communicate progress, updates, and delivery status to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Identify blockers, dependencies, and quality issues early, and drive their resolution through timely escalation and follow-up
  • Ensure all pre-processing deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule, meeting defined quality standards
  • Maintain and update task trackers, dashboards, and reports for management review
  • Support process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting workflow optimizations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Process management preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with task-tracking tools
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
  • Ability to follow up persistently and coordinate across teams to close open items

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in project coordination, operations, data annotation/processing, or delivery management
  • Familiarity with project management or tracking tools (e.g., Excel trackers, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Google Sheets)
  • Basic understanding of data processing, data quality, or AI/ML data pipelines
  • Interest in the AI and EdTech space
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience : 1 to 2 yrs
