Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven EdTech Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with educators and administrators, and driving sales growth for our EdTech products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with schools, universities, and educational institutions.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including educators, administrators, and IT professionals.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase our EdTech solutions.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base.
Customer Engagement
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services.
Collaborate with customers to understand their educational needs and provide tailored solutions.
Marketing and Research
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
Research potential customers and identify key decision-makers.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and educational events to promote our products.
Administrative Tasks
Manage sales pipeline and track customer interactions using CRM software.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analytics to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support.
Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of sales experience in EdTech or education industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of educational technology and industry trends.
Ability to build relationships with educators and administrators.
